Returns

Thank you for choosing UnovaCraft. Purchasing online can be tricky, so in light of this we understand you may want to make a return.

To make a return send us an email to hello@unovacraft.co.uk with your order number and name. We can then lodge your items for return and confirm details of where to send the items.

We accept return of new and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore the postage to return the items is at your own cost.

We highly recommend you to use the tracked delivery options in case your parcel goes missing.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to be new. We will then issue a refund back to the original payment method once the items conditions checked and verified.

Please note it may take 3-5 working days for the banks to process your refund. We appreciate you patience and understanding.

You will not be eligible for a refund if the goods are returned damaged in any way (and this is not a reason of your return).

Additionally, you will not be able to receive a refund if you initiate a return after 14 days of delivery.

Damaged items

In the event that you receive a faulty or defective item, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Refunds are only available if the fault is not due to misuse. Please send us a description of the problem along with any supporting photographs at hello@unovacraft.co.uk. We will contact you asap to confirm if replacement or refund is applicable.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
